Heide Museum of Modern Art was the hotbed of Australian creativity in the mid-20th century and the Melbourne institution is again attempting to capture a spirit of innovation as it embarks on strategic renewal.

Management has overhauled the leadership team, will seek closer links with the creative industries and is launching an exhibition program that will include design as well as fine art.
