“Communication is most effective when it begins with the end in mind. No matter the opportunity or issue, with an understanding of why an organisation exists, where it is now and where it wants to be, it is possible to steer a clear course towards better community and commercial outcomes.”

Dominique designs and executes communication campaigns for changing environments.

Over a 15 year career she has worked on regulatory reform, introducing new operating models, embedding new approaches to service delivery and improving employee morale.

Early in her career, she worked in the not-for-profit and arts sectors, which encompassed celebrity endorsement, corporate partnerships and sponsorship, and working with The Line - an Australian Government youth campaign promoting respectful relationships.

This led to roles in media relations including as an advisor to State Ministers, Boards, Chief Executives, and in the local government and community sectors, before moving into the NSW Government.

As the Director of Corporate Affairs at Infrastructure NSW, Dominique led the communication strategy for the $3.4 billion transformation of Darling Harbour, which delivered Asia Pacific's premier integrated convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct, International Convention Centre Sydney.  Most recently, she served as a key advisor on one of the NSW Government’s most significant transport reform agendas around point-to-point transport.
